1. Introduction

My Agility Tracker (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides tools to help dog agility competitors track dogs, runs, scores, title progress, and related information.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not create an account or use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Parents or guardians may create accounts on behalf of minors.

3. Free Account & Paid Subscriptions

  • The site will be considered in development until mid-2026  and free for testing until July

  • Score tracking, QQ tracking, multi-dog tracking are available now

  • As 2026 progresses, full featured title and event tracking will become available – so having your scores in place means you’ll be the first to test and enjoy new features as they roll out.

  • In July of 2026 – anticipate a reasonable annual or monthly subscriptions to cover server costs, future feature development, and user support. 

5. Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information

  • Keep your login information secure

  • Use the service in compliance with local laws

  • Only enter scores and information you have the right to upload

We may disable accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.

6. Data You Enter

The information you enter — including dog names, run scores, events, notes, and other details — remains yours.

You grant us permission to store and display this information within your account so the service can function.

We never sell your data to third parties.

7. Service Availability

We work to provide reliable service, but downtime may occur for maintenance or due to hosting issues.

We are not liable for interruptions, delays, or data loss, though we take reasonable measures to safeguard your information.

8. Changes to Features or Pricing

We may update features, tools, or pricing in the future.

Changes will be communicated clearly on the website or by email.

Pricing changes apply to future subscription periods and never retroactively.

Early-access discounts if assigned are honored once granted.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time.

We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in misuse.
